Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for all products unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. Exceptions:

• ⁠Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within one day of receiving your order) with clear photos/footage of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a refurbishment or a replscement, based on the extent of the case.
• Errors in Customization: If there is an error on our part regarding the customization (e.g., wrong measurements, design, or personalization), we will correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
